• The Horsham Mid city Court Motel reserves the right to refuse entry at any time.
• Guests may be asked to leave without notice if causing disruption to other guests or behaving in an unsuitable manner as per a public place.
• Payment may be made by all major credit cards, eftpos or cash. A 3% surcharge applies to Amex and Diners cards.
• A zero tolerance to violence and/or abusive behavior applies in this motel.
• In order to avoid an extra charge, guests are required to vacate units by 10.00am unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellation Policy
On-line bookings require full payment in advance via your credit card.
In case of the need to cancel your booking please be advised that we require no less than 48hours notice prior to your expected arrival time on which a cancellation number will be given and a refund less commission will be issued to your credit card.. Failure to advise of cancellation will result in no refund being given.
